DESCRIPTION:President Robinson provides the following information about the 2024 conference. \n\n\n\nConference Information\n\n\nThe conference will be held August 19-22\, 2024\, at the\nYounes Conference Center North in Kearney\, Nebraska. (Street address: 707 W Talmadge Street\, Kearney\, NE 68845)\nKearney has a regional airport for those who wish to fly in.\n\n\nA summary of the educational sessions can be viewed here.\n\n\nMaps of the conference hotel\n\n\nA summary of all conference events can be viewed here.\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nRegistration Information\n\n\nRegistration for the conference is no longer available.\nPlease get in touch with Michelle Robinson with any questions. Phone number (308) 762-6100 or email at assessor@boxbuttecountyne.gov \n\n\nVendors can register here.\n\n\nThe Golf Registration closed. They should be able to set up direct billing upon request if you so choose.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nPre-conference Events\n\n\nPre-conference events will include a choice of golf at Meadowlark Hills or bowling and other activities at the Big Apple Fun Center.\n\n\nA tour experience at the Archway Monument spans I-80\, and includes some interesting historical information about Nebraska\, the Platte River Valley\, and the settlement of the West. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nAdditional Activities in Kearney\n\n\nFor those who enjoy museums\, Kearney offers many\, such as the\nNebraska Firefighter Museum\,\nMuseum of Nebraska Art (MONA)\,\nTrails & Rails Museum\,\nGW Frank Museum\, and the\nClassic Car Collection Museum.\n\n\nThe Kearney area offers whitewater rafting and a walking path along Yanney Park that leads through the hotel campus area.\n\n\nOther local attractions include the Children’s Natural History Museum\,\na semi-pro hockey arena\,\nand Raceway Park.
